My post workout much needed protein shake! Delicious shake that combines a chocolately feel with some berry flavor. Getting some much needed protein straight to your muscles and some good carbs!
It's a win win.
Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen berries
1/2 cup of water
1.5 scoops of rocky road ON whey protein
a lot of chia seeds!
Directions:
Blend and serve over ice!
